What's in it for you: As a Team Leader for Trane Technologies in our LOCATION plant, you will be a critical member of the XXX (specific department/line) team! You will coordinate the workforce scheduling, train & develop team members, identify and resolve safety issues, and keep your team actively engaged to meet the daily customer demand and production schedule.
What you will do: - Troubleshoot to maintain cell operations, and escalate any concerns with quality, process, equipment, materials, or labor as needed.
- Provide feedback and coaching to the team members to develop their professional skills while ensuring they are working toward safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team leads to schedule team members where needed.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring safety and quality standards are always prioritized.

What you will bring: - H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Be a change agent and demonstrate positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance records and other documentation related to operations
- Effective communicator who can read and follow instructions or procedures and complete written documentation.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Capable using Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
